As a Tapster, you’re the champion of beer in your bar. It takes confidence and skills. I have a BA in mathematics, so I have a very analytical mind, which helps a lot. You need to set up your equipment correctly and then you need attention to detail to get the perfect pour. As a female Tapster, you’re always having to work harder to prove yourself. But I relish the challenge – that’s my Greek streak. I’ve been living in Austria for almost five years now. The beer culture is good here – throughout their history they’ve had a strong love of beer. It’s my mission to educate them about wet foam. I know how unique Pilsner Urquell is. I feel like it’s a friend.

I’d been unfiltered Pilsner Urquell – it’s intense in flavour and has a real mystery around it. That’s me!
