Tapster at
My favourite part of being a bartender is creating connections with people. Being a Tapster allows me more control of what I do and the beer I serve. It gives me a personal attachment to Pilsner Urquell. I’m a barista too, which is similar to being a Tapster. Both professions like to preserve the traditions and craft of what they do. Coming to Plzeň has helped me to sell this beer better – it makes it personal. We all need to be part of something bigger. I’m now part of a wider Tapster family, and that makes me happy.
If you were a beer, what beer would you be?
I’d be Pilsner Urquell of course! It is a beer created by the people for the people. Also, I like to think I’m very authentic, just like the beer.
