How Hard Do Tapsters Work?

< 1 min. reading

The Tapsters at your favourite Tankovna bar work harder than you think!

For Tapsters at our most popular Tankovna bars, work is a pouring marathon. Our German Head Tapster Christian pours as many as 560 Pilsner Urquells during an eight-hour shift! Teodor Valchev at Alte Turnhalle Berlin says he usually pours about 500 beers during a typical summer evening.

But no one loves our golden lager more than Czechs. Martina Navratilova at Lokál in Plzeň holds the record: 1,200 beers in one shift! On average, she pours between 600 and 1,000 Pilsner Urquells every time she goes to work. And of course, she pours each and every beer perfectly.

Being a Tapster is hard work! But they are passionate about bringing beer lovers the freshest, best-tasting Pilsner Urquell possible, so it’s always a labour of love.
